There are many cafes in Bridgend but this is the best. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. There are a couple of tables on the ground floor with the main seating area being upstairs. The cafe is busy and those stairs certainly keep the staff fit. The cafe is nicely situated on a corner of the Cenotaph square in the centre of town where you can sit when weather allows. It looks lovely from outside and is equally nice inside. The bay windows are fully utilised giving customers the chance of watching the world go by on the street below. This restaurant is a hidden treasure with a perfect upstairs space for hosting a group. I had my baby shower here and the entire process was seamless. The staff is attentive and the food is both fresh and delicious, not to mention reasonably priced. Our group enjoyed the amazing afternoon tea. Thank you to the Josh team for a wonderful experience!
The restaurant is excellent, with friendly staff and great prices. They offer a fantastic variety of healthy food options. I had 2 fried eggs, 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 slices of brown toast, avocado on both toast, and a coffee for only 10 pounds. This meal was faultless.
Just ordered broccoli and stilton soup looked absolutely disgusting , full of oil and wasn’t able to eat wouldn’t even feed it to my dog looks nothing like facebook photos wouldn’t waste money on the soup on the other hand sausage sandwhich was nice

popped in here for a lamb and mint panini for lunch , and sat outside with my daughter in the warm weather and food was very nice and the staff were friendly , would happily visit again :
Visit Il Panino and enjoy being with friends even if you are on your own .It is situated in town centre and easy access to transport links and many other amenities .
Simple yet delicious food, especially the baguettes and jacket potatoes. The owners are lovely and welcoming, which is why I have been a loyal customer for years.
I go to Il panino at least 2 times a week. some how they cafe is so good, full of flavours, and She does best Baked Potatoes as well

Ordered breakfast on Just Eat and was not disappointed. Arrived boiling hot and all good ingredients. Would definitely recommend.
