How could anyone give Il Pastaficio anything less than 5 stars?! From the moment I stepped inside, I felt right at home. The place is clean, cozy, and incredibly inviting. Federico, the owner, is incredibly friendly, and we also had the pleasure of meeting Nicolò, the chef, and Roberta, the store manager. The food is truly delightful and authentically Italian. The dish of the day—pumpkin potato ravioli with ragù—was absolutely delicious! In fact, we enjoyed everything we tasted: the pesto fusilli, lasagna, salad, focaccia (outstanding), and the selection of cured meats and cheeses. This restaurant offers wonderful and authentic Italian cuisine. We had the linguine and ravioli from the menu, both cooked to perfection and served in generous portions. For dessert, we enjoyed the tiramisu and the chocolate salami—both were delightful! It's a great spot for casual dining, takeout, or even for purchasing fresh pasta, sauces, and other imported products.
Since our last visit, we've tried even more dishes. In addition to the regular menu, they feature a weekly special as part of the Giro di Italia, highlighting dishes from different regions each week. They also offer a daily special. Highly recommended!
A slice of Italy gracing Fairfield County. Unbelievable hand crafted and fresh pasta and sauces to dine in and or take home. It’s as good as anywhere in the world and it’s right in our backyard. Federico and his team are warm and inviting and always happy to answer you have any questions you may have about the countless pasta and sauce options they have and their desserts are as good as anywhere they should be, given Federico also owns Figo, my favorite gelataria in SoHo. Been eating here all week, every week for over a year and it’s just as amazing as the first time I stepped inside its doors.
OMG...I heard from Il Pastaficio make a friend of mine and finally I tried. I have the Ravioli ricotta and spinach, the old grain Pici with wild board ragu....some crostata, the Tiramisu the real and the Salame di cioccolato incredible. At this point I am very frightening because I think I should become addicted and I don't have to go to Italy because I've ever found the best food here... and better than in Italy.

Wow, this is some of the freshest food I've ever tasted! It will definitely become a regular in our household. The pasta is fantastic, and the desserts are just as amazing. The mango gelato is my favorite!

The pasta was extremely fresh and bursting with flavor. The mango sorbet was just as delightful, showcasing a vibrant mango taste that was truly refreshing. The restaurant has a cozy seating area and a friendly, passionate staff. I look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend giving this place a try!
I ordered delivery , puttanesca pasta was fresh but there was not enough sauce it was very dry but tasty, I also ordered Nutella pie which Ok but very dry I would t order again and lemon Meringue it was way Too sweet and wait for Sour. I wouldn’t order dessert again only uncooked pasta since they make it fresh!

I visited this restaurant with my grandmother, and we enjoyed some delicious pasta. The atmosphere was lovely, and the food was excellent. I especially loved the fresh focaccia. We'll definitely be back! My grandma mentioned that the gnocchi was perfectly soft.
You have to stop in and try the pasta for take home. Your family and friends will think about your cooking all the time.
