"We came for dinner after pre-registration on a beautiful Sunday with 7 people. We and the table were still able to choose the place, although the place was well occupied. After about a quarter of an hour we received the drinks ordered, the food order was added: 7 x pizza, 3 x salad. After an hour of waiting, our food was still not at the table. Despite repeated demand, the waiter always had a short tie and comforted us. We finally got our pizzas after one and a half hours! But the second drinks were also waiting. During our long waiting period, we had to watch how the running customer pizza was served to take along preferred. Other guests to neighboring tables were obviously like us. When paying, I asked the waiter if he could find our long waiting time for a simple pizza. Then he said lapidar: ... today was a lot going on... supporting local gastronomy?: Yes, definitely. Back to Il Porciono?: no, no. My opinion: In the event of such maladministration, the entire workforce, including those responsible, should be replaced by qualified personnel."
