I had the pleasure of working with the amazing team at TRIO for 13 years! Before IL Trio came to life, there was Torcellos in the Elwood Shopping Center on Jericho Turnpike. Fernando, Jesus, and Gladys were the heart and soul of Torcellos for over 20 years. All of their dedication, hard work, and passion have been channeled into this new restaurant, and it is absolutely fantastic! I've visited IL Trio recently, and they haven't missed a beat! The food, atmosphere, and service are all exceptional. This 'Trio' has only improved and moved a bit further east. My family has been a loyal customer for decades and will continue to follow them wherever they go. Great job, everyone! Keep up the excell...
