After we checked tripadw, we found ourselves on the way and the restaurant on a side street, from a distance we saw that customers made their way to enter, I was hoping that the place was not already full when we were there....We had not booked in advance, but it was no problem getting a table for two. the two ladies I think that one of the owners manages the dinning room in a charming way. we started with a few weizenbieren, we shared a spaghettini with kirsch tomaten and parmesan for starter. my son had the pizza caprese with extra garlic, I had the lasagne. all three dishes were deliziosa the service very efficient! her website is only in german italian, not to say in english sorry. we ha...
we were there about months ago, yesterday evening we were back and sat outside because it was still hot and sunny. my son and I started crying with a few cold while we studied the menu. service was very friendly...with a pleasant smile. we ordered a veggie pizza with extra cheese garlic and a spaghetti with garlic and chilis were both delicious a few cold weizen beer and the job was done. the place is charming inside and definitiw worth visiting.
Came here with 19 colleagues for dinner. The food was just fantastic the wine, a primativo was great the service was excellent and the experience just perfect. Hard to have a group of 20 and when the dinner is over everyone had a clean plate.I had a scallop appetizer with pike perch in an orange sauce panna cotta desert and it was all fantastic Nice setting very ItalianWhen I get back to Frankfort I will visit this restaurant again

Small, intimate Italian restaurant. They make their pasta fresh everyday. I had the stroganoff with round pasta that was excellent. No reservation was needed, there is some limited outdoor seating. It is on a narrow, brick side street. The staff does not speak English, but they are from Italy, so between our Spanglish and their Italian we did fine. Its in a safe neighborhood, it was wonderful.
Frankfurt Hoest is not known for its culinary variety. The more I was surprised to find a solid Italian restaurant with tasty food and good wine. I had the carpaccio, guinea fowl with porcini and black truffle, and a desert a can't pronounce. All in all I left as a very happy customer.
