We arrived 5 minutes early and told a to wait for a couple of minutes, 35 minutes later we gave up! They let other people in before us even though they had later bookings. They ignored us for the whole wait, we were not alone in this experience because there were a number of people waiting who were also ignored. A completely awful experience!
