Il Vero - Réservation de table

Overall rating was very good. This place offers a 45chf burger so it tickled my curiosity. It was described as a black italian burger, from the hands of the Chef. Never having heard of an italian burger I decided to take the chance. It was interesting, some kind of black dough/bread certainly added to the unique look but imho did not add any special flavor. The burger was served with pesto, mozarella and an “italian sauce”. The meat quality was excellent and the burger served medium, to perfection, as ordered! I was a little worried that the peato could be too over powering but the chef found a good balance between pesto, cheese and sauce; so that the meat flavor could still be enjoyed. The...

We wanted to celebrate with friends and had the best time at Il Vero. They gave us an amazing table in front of the “jet d’eau”, it is the best terrace in town. The food was delicious, we tried a selection of starters, all the Italian classics were a hit! Mains were as great as starters, generous plates and amazing Italian flavors! We had an amazing moment and hope to come back very soon!

Excellent service at the Il Vero restaurant and in complete elegance. A magnificent view of Lake Geneva and the Jet d'eau. We were very well received by Miguel and his team. We have been received By Miguel who received us with great kindness, we were celebrating my wife's birthday and after excellent service and a sumptuous meal, Mr. Miguel and the other employees brought a small dessert and sang happy birthday to my wife who was very happy... This is the worst Italian food I have ever had.I had lunch here with family.We ordered two pasta and 1 risotto.None of the 3 dishes taste like general Italian food.I can’t imagine that there is food like this in Geneva.We only ate less than a half of the food.

Great food and wonderful views of the lake. The menu isn't extensive, but the few items I tried were quite tasty. The burratina, in particular, was a highlight. The service was attentive, and it had a fine dining atmosphere, but it didn't feel over the top.

The foods are amazing, beautifully presented and delicious. The Italian waiters are professional, friendly and very helpful. They gave us some tips for our coming trip to Sardinia. What a beautiful restaurant with nice view of the lake.
