The tables were dirty, the mariachi music was loud, the food was subpar, and the coffee was weak. The atmosphere was bizarre for what is supposed to be an Italian coffee shop. Management really needs to step up their game. It's disappointing that this place is located in such a nice hotel - it feels more like a 3-star hotel coffee shop.
The service was terrible. It's baffling for a gelato shop not to offer samples. What does that say about their confidence in their product? Am I supposed to order something without knowing if it's too sweet or tastes off? I've never encountered this before. I'm not willing to take the chance and order something I might end up hating.
The coffee is ok, but omg the food...I got a ham and cheese crepe and it was so below standard for me. The crepe is not cooked well, too much gooey cheese and pesto. I tried to keep eating but the texture of everything being gooey put me off. At $14 you would expect more. Please do not order crepes from here.
I had the worst dining experience in Las Vegas. The breakfast sandwich was incredibly bland. The bagel tasted more like flatbread than an actual bagel. The crêpes were doughy and undercooked, stuffed with low-quality deli ham. Save your money and skip this place. Réservez une table maintenant
The boss of it is a racist. We seat there and eat the ice cream. He came to ask us if we paid or not. Which let me feel offense. The younger waiter is a good boy. When I said the Guava is too sour, he add another favor for us and said it’s free.
The coffee was okay, but the pastries were terrible (croissant and almond croissant). Weird terrible taste. We threw them out after a few bites.
Gelato was good although the price difference between small and medium didn’t justify the size difference. I liked pistachio and Italian cookie
Give 4 stars because there is a variety of ice cream but it is very Pricey .... Once in a while ? Located at Pallazo Hotel, Vegas Strip. Réservez une table maintenant
The bagel was stale and not worth the $4.95 price, but the coffee was decent. Just stick to the coffee if you decide to visit.

"You have to visit this place! The fish and chips were incredibly crispy and delicious. The tartar sauce complemented them perfectly, and they also offer malt vinegar. It can get busy, but we stopped by for an afternoon snack and didn’t have to wait at all. It’s easily shareable for a light meal."

"Service was great, cleanliness was bad the floors were very greasy. The bathrooms where not clean. But the food was good. Open later than most other Korean BBQ and had sushi so that's a plus. The cost was a little pricey but, reasonable considering the amount of appetizers."
