last week on Tuesday we went to the hoftheater, on several recommendations from the group of friends. coincidence was kulinar Tuesday, one all two weeks event with special menu selection. pökelte schweinebäckchen im linsensud mit topinambursalat, ein pot au feu vom kalb, schweinekotelett sous vide gegart mit kümmeljus. to make it short: I was in the culinary heaven! the classic dishes can be so refined and crafty perfectly prepared, really must be a master of his profis. and for a four-course menu including apero (with always friendly service) to pay only 36 euro, I can only say: happy swab land!
