Urig und gut. Klein aber fein. Eine übersichtliche und wechselnde Karte, dass alleine spricht schon für den Laden. Das Essen ist lecker und die Portionen passen. Es ist ein kleines Restaurant, einen Platz zu bekommen ist mit etwas Glück verbunden. Aber ich würde mir wünschen es würde noch mehr solcher Restaurant geben.
Eine der wenigen verbliebenen urtümlichen Lokale in Mayen. Bietet schmackhafte Speisen zu angemessenen Preisen. Durch das hölzerne Interieur wirkt das Restaurant sehr dunkel. Bei Beleuchtung mit Kerzenlicht fällt es nicht nur älteren Gästen schwer, die Speisekarte zu lesen. Alles in allem aber einen Besuch wert.
