I would like to thank the staff for this restaurant. You feel very welcome. I was made alone and without reservation, no problem joining. Their costumes are traditional and make the ambience complete, really dear. The decorations during the Christmas season are enchanting. The food was amazing, I had the chestnut soup, the steak as the main course, really tender and painting. And the Williams Pears Sorbet, absolutely delicious. They taste that everything is fresh and homemade. Super friendly staff. From reception to room service. We had 2 different rooms during our stay. The hotel was fully booked, our room search for a holiday extension was unfortunately unsuccessful. An attentive employee registered this. Cancellation allowed further beautiful days. Kitchen, rooms, wellness area, massages and service, all recommended.

Si vous acceptez de laisser votre petit chien de 5kg voyageant dans un panier en plein hiver dans votre voiture,on vous accueillera pour le dîner, sinon on se passera de votre présence ! Quelle rigidité, quelle inhumanité,ces gens là n'ont pas besoin de clients et n' aiment pas les bêtes, qu' ils gardent leur camelote!!

Absolutely happy. Excellent regional cuisine with creative touch, loving presentation, very good wines and drinks, generous feel-good atmosphere and friendly, efficient service. Definitiver peak in the region. We'll be back.

We stayed at this cozy hotel and were very glad we chose to dine here. Fruhstuck and Abendessen were excellent. Can't wait to return to this fine restaurant.
