In-n-out Burger

Worst experience that I?ve ever had at an In-N-Out Burger. We visited this location today (Sunday night). It was very busy, but I was still able to order my food very quickly. I would have appreciated if someone would have at least warned me how long the wait for the food would be, as we waited over 25 minutes before receiving our food. I would have been fine with the wait if my food was at least made properly. The French fries were the worst I?ve ever been served at a fast food restaurant. They were way overdone and tasted like chalk. They were literally inedible. The burger bun was also significantly over toasted. I didn?t bother to complain or ask the staff to remake my food because we had already waited for so long, and needed to get back on the road. If this was my first time eating at an In-N-Out, I would never come back.

First time at an In-N-Out Burger. Much better quality than the other fast food burger places. Had the number one. Double cheese burger with fries and a shake instead of the soft drink.

I rarely evaluate fast food connections because it is always a hit or miss and I it, places are always busy, etc.
