We used to adore this restaurant, as it was always bustling when we dined there. However, it seems that there has been a change in ownership or management, as it is now empty and the quality has declined. During a recent takeaway order, we were informed upon pickup that one of the items we had ordered was unavailable. Despite pre-paying, we were not offered a refund as they claimed they could not process refunds to credit cards. Upon returning home, we discovered that some items were missing, like the raita, and the samosas were smaller, less flavorful, and seemed to be store-bought. The main dishes (prawn curries and palak paneer) were vastly different from what we were accustomed to, being...

I went to try India Times after getting an ad saying it was under new management. I ate there a few years ago when it was nice. I went in a group of 8 and (uh,oh... word has got around) we were the only eat-in customers on a Friday night. Service was very, very slow. We noticed a takeaway customer was getting upset at waiting so long. The tandoori platter entrees were cold and did not have the usual yogurt sauce. Samosas were okay, no sauce either. The 5 types of curry were all right except for one that tasted burnt. The waitress disappeared and to get any service and to ask for the bill, you had to walk to other end of the room and shout for someone to come. The toilets were primitive.

We decided to try the local Indian and get a take away. We ordered one of the $35 meal deals. It arrived within 45 mins and the delivery guy was pleasant but the food was terrible. The Garlic Naan bread was dry, the rice was watery. The Rogan Josh sauce was very watery (the meat was OK) and the Saag Aloo was also watery and tasteless. The only nice part of the take away was the Chicken Tikka starter which was lovely. We will not be ordering from here or eating here again, very disappointing.

India Times has consistently delivered quite good Indian food over the years. We generally have take away so cant really comment on table service although the staff have always been polite and friendly. The butter chicken, chicken tikka, the vindaloo, dahl, ahloo eggplant are the dishes we have regularly. All are quite good. The naan is also good. Réservez une table maintenant

I visited this restaurant to try something new. The establishment is small and the decor is outdated and in need of a refresh. The service was slow and there were some language barriers. Unfortunately, the food fell short of my expectations - it was cold and unappetizing. I would not recommend this restaurant.

This is mainly a sit-down restaurant and there are normally plenty of tables to choose from. The meals are very tasty and nicely presented when served. It is more expensive that the usual 'takeaway' style Indian restaurants, but there is a lot more choice in the menu and the food is of a higher quality.

Had dinner hee with my family. Ordered the Dhal of the day and couple of other curries. The Aloo Goobi was quite quite and so were the naans. Unfortunately service was more on the slow side, and not enough staff, I believe. Overall quality of food was good, though.

Food was just average. Vindaloo not spicy at all, Garlic naan was meh and the Chicken Marsala was sweet. Service was good and food came fast but will find another place. Try it you may like it, just not to my taste. Réservez une table maintenant

Good curries except for the vegetable korma which was sickly sweet and mushy. Service, considering we were the only customers, below average. Others have more appeal.
