Indian Ahar Takeaway

Food was ready on arrival. Thats about the only positive I can give here though... I got the chicken tikka Masala and boiled rice. The chicken tikka masala was a brown watery, tasteless sauce. The taste I did get was similar to that of an overly sweet soy sauce. The chicken was squishy and wasnt at all flamented. is an actual joke that this is served as a chicken tikka masala. This is more like an awful sweet and sour sauce with boiled chicken than anything. Never going to return as no restaurant should get it that wrong. Wouldn't advise it to anyone.

I tried the chicken Rogan Josh with Onion Rice for my first order from this Indian takeaway. I placed my order over the phone and it was ready at the agreed time. The service was friendly and cheery. The portion size was good, with plenty of meat in the dish. The rice was cooked just right and was full of onion. I couldn't finish the whole meal in one go as the portion was slightly more than I could eat. Overall, I would recommend this Indian takeaway after my first visit.

The restaurant has a good aroma and delicious flavors, although sometimes the service may be slow. However, I believe it is worth waiting for.

Once again, it was perfect. We grabbed takeout for the team and everyone was pleased with it.

Eaten from here a few times and would say it's currently the best Indian takeaway in Lerwick
