I’m surprised by the overall rating of this place because while the employees were friendly, the coffee was super bad and my pastry tasted like something sold at a gas station, made for extended shelf life. I dumped my cappuccino on the walk back to our rental because I found it truly undrinkable. It kind of tasted like a sad cup of Keurig coffee you’d find in a teacher’s lounge : . $24 for one Capp, one Americano and a pastry. Yikes!
After reading lots of great reviews, I was pretty disappointed in the food. My husband and I had their breakfast sandwiches which had microwaved eggs and bacon on it. Our friends also ordered a side of eggs thinking they weren 't just going to be microwaved. For a healthy cafe, I would expect a little more. Personally I don 't like microwaved food.
Fresh made-to-order sandwiches, salads, breakfast burritos and so much more! The owner Jean is super friendly and fun to talk with. It’s a short walk to this awesome gem from Kolb Park! Also a grocery with tons of convenience items including fruit, veggies, snacks, drinks, etc. will definitely return again soon!
Amazing experience! The food was great, the people are friendly, and the vibes are immaculate. Highly recommend the Carmel Apple Crumb Cake. Can’t gush enough about how great everything was at this cafe. Also the Italian Cuban is really good with pesto and banana peppers. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Réservez une table maintenant
After two years, I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, I had the same experience: the latte was really bad. It tasted like burned cheap beans, which is not enjoyable at all. Overall, it wasn't worth it. However, the service was good.
Perfect score of 10/10—no feedback needed! Just a heads up, sandwiches are no longer served after 2:00 PM. For vegetarian options, I highly recommend the vegetable quiche as it’s excellent. The cinnabun is also a must-try!
My daughter’s favorite place to start of the day on vacation! Made us feel like family and the food was amazing!!!Kid-friendliness: Gave my daughters free suckers and helped find a perfect spot for them!
