I called the restaurant with a simple question about how to use a gift card online. I spoke with a woman named Jasmeene, who said she would find a manager to assist me. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I decided to hang up and call back. When I explained that I still needed help with my gift card, Jasmeene abruptly hung up on me without a word. My boyfriend then called the restaurant and spoke with Jasmeene again. He asked when the manager would be in, and she informed him that the manager wouldn’t be available until 4 PM. The food was fantastic! The appetizers—golgappe, pappadam, and crispy okra—were so tasty that they nearly ruined our appetites. However, the pistachio chicken was so exquisite that I couldn't stop eating until my shirt buttons were about to burst! The wait staff were friendly, polite, and well-informed, always eager to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this restaurant. Service: Dine-in.
This review is for take out experience. Picked up a Shahi Paneer and Chicken lababdar with some naans. Both gravies were very poor in taste. It was just onion and tomato paste curry with no flavor.
