Comimos dos veces durante nuestra estancia de 7 días en Corralejo. Reservamos con antelación porque no pudimos entrar el año pasado. Podríamos haber comido felizmente todas las noches en Infusion. El servicio fue encantador y la comida absolutamente deliciosa, con diferentes sabores y muy fresca. A los dos nos encantó toda la experiencia. Gran valor también. An amazing restaurant with service to match. A fantastic menu with plenty of choice, everything cooked to perfection. I first visited a couple of years back and had booked a meal for my first night of this years holiday with my parents and partner. My partner and I then returned last night and will be back again on Thursday. Plenty of good places to eat in Corralejo but Infusion really takes things to a next level.
Turned up without a reservation on the off chance,having heard about it, lovely FOH managed to get us a table,even though they were booked up for the next five days! Have to say it was a great experience. Ribs were really good,blackened salmon was equally delicious, and the popcorn langoustines fantastic! It seems to be a two person operation, so be prepared to wait for the food, but it was worth it.

Absolutely fantastic food at very reasonable prices. We tried fish of the day, chicken and mushroom and both were delicious. We returned and had the famous bbq ribs which were so good. Cash only though so don’t get caught out. Well worth a visit and will be no1 on my list when we return.
