As a first-time customer who visited the store 10 months ago to buy boots, I was impressed by the attention and support they provided for a warranty claim. The service and advice I received during my initial visit were excellent, but their follow-up care truly showcases the genuine care and professionalism of this business and its employees. Such a great online shop. I live in Cornwall but I am originally from Yorkshire. I've started always checking their online shop before anywhere else now as they have a great range, good prices and really fast shipping. I like supporting an independent business in my home county!!

Stopped in here after the Waterfalls trail. Andy(? Was very friendly and gave some nice advice about outdoor climbing in the area. Nice selection of outdoor sports stock. Spent some money supporting this fab local business. The shop is also dog friendly.

excellent breakfast in the newly opened caffe. hot and fresh and a lot of it. had a big breakfast with extra mushrooms. good value for money. personal very friendly and attentive. thank you and welcome back inglesport cafe. Réservez une table maintenant

we had just completed a tiring day and found this excellent caffe by chance. brilliant, friendly staff and fantastic hot drinks with excellent cake. also really excellent. the perfect end of an icy Decemberday. Thank you.

The staff at the restaurant were not very helpful, to be honest. They were polite, but did not make an extra effort to assist.

Didn't actually go in shop but cafe upstairs for breakfast. Was hearty with lovely staff. Great price too
