because I love the Italian cuisine, I thought it was almost empty this day and the waiter welcomed us very kindly and led us to the table. the menu is clear, but since I couldn't decide to take our waiter a three-course menu, we could choose between fish and meat. when I waited, I noticed a small monitor that I could watch the cook as he prepared my food. that shortened the waiting time. after the antipasti came a tomato soup, and I really don't like it, but after the first spoon I was so excited. never ate such a good tomato soup, the rest of which then came was a pale man mouse. the price for this menu was justified, always happy!
Das Restaurant war am Samstag um 19 Uhr schon sehr gut besucht. Ohne Reservierung ist ein spontaner Besuch vermutlich zum Scheitern verurteilt. Bei der optischen Unterteilung des Einraum-Restaurants bietet sich noch Entwicklungspotential. Der Empfang war freundlich und die Bestellung wurde professionell aufgenommen, doch dann ließ der Service nach. Die Wartezeiten bis zur Vorspeise und ebenfalls nachfolgend zum Hauptgericht zogen sich über Gebühr hinaus. Der Garzustand einiger Gerichte war nicht optimal und dadurch litt die Qualität etwas. Im Gesamten aber doch ein nettes Lokal mit Potential nach oben.
Das Konzept ist schon etwas gewagt. Die Küche ist eine Mischung aus italienisch und griechisch, was zu wilden Ergebnissen führen kann. Da kommt als Vorspeise eine Bruschetta, die wirklich gut ist. Mit Bruschetta wird ja häufig eine Menge Unsinn betrieben, diese ist klar und eindeutig. Das Hauptgericht ... Gyros á la ... Achtung! ... arrabiata. Von der Größe her eine Holzfällerportion. Geschmacklich? Kategorie: Nett es mal probiert zu haben, aber nie wieder. Die Panna Cotta war dann wieder lecker. Der Service sehr zuvor kommend.
We are always looking for a new location for our regular meals with friends in Bremen. A friend recommended the Inizio and we were positively surprised. The service is simply great, the food top, especially the new fish dishes. As a lover of Mediterranean cuisine you can enjoy in a pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back. gute Karte, gutes Essen, netter und aufmerksamer Service; sowohl griechische, als auch italienische Küche - mit jeweils einem Koch aus diesen Ländern; kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die "Gemütlichkeit" da das Restaurant aus nur einem offenen Raum besteht (Raumteiler etc. wären angebracht); trotzdem alles in allem tolles Restaurant;
