Inka Indian Restaurant Bar

Go for it, Best food!We have tried different Indian restaurants in Melbourne. Most of them carry the 'Indian ' name in their tags and menus but from a taste aspect, nothing comes close to Inka. We were bit worried when we stepped in considering this is in the quieter area of Hawthorn. Thankfully, we took that step. Right from the menu, service and finally the food, the whole experience was fantastic. Initially, I thought of keeping this as a secret but I really want this restuarant to get teh required attention. Food is very authentic south indian and fresh as well and does not spoil your taste bud and your stomach. Go for it. We will definitely come here quite often.

Great place to have Indian food. The chicken uppu curry is a must have. The vathakulambu was rich in flavour, giving an authentic south Indian taste and was complemented well by the mor drink.The people at the place were also warm and explained the dishes well. I'll definitely visit this place again!

What a delight! Highly recommend trying this place out. Beautiful rich curries. We had the prawn skewers (must try , paneer butter masala (delicious gravy! the Kerala fish curry. The service was outstanding and I cannot wait to return to try more on the menu.

My husband and I just found this place by chance and we’ve been twice in two weeks! The food is exceptional and the staff are so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place, best south Indian food in town!

The pepper chicken is the highlight dish, by far the best curry I have ever had with a very unique flavour. Very highly recommended.
