I absolutely love In-N-Out! The staff always seem happy and ready to serve you, which really shows they enjoy their jobs. The food is always fresh, but you have to eat the French fries quickly before they get cold. I ordered a lettuce wrap and forgot to request it without cheese. When I arrived at the window, I apologized, and the lady corrected my order without any hesitation. The customer service is definitely a plus! I will definitely go back. However, I do wish they would provide warmer clothing for the young people working outside taking orders at midnight. The drive-thru moves really quickly, though!
Great Experience! I flew in from Texas and when they said that In N Out is better in Cali, I can see why! We got greeted by the gentleman taking orders at the drive through and wow, what a great attitude. Made us feel very welcomed. The drive through line was pretty long but moved very fast, which shows why this location is awesome. The burgers were very tasty and hot, and costumer service at the window was excellent! I'll definitely be coming back to this location when looking for a good In N Out burger. Strongly recommended!
The staff was friendly and the food was delicious and hot. I recommend getting pickles on your double double. I love the service here. The staff asks me questions about my order and they always get it right. Make sure you order exactly what you want. Don't assume they can read your mind. If you are hungry and can eat a good amount, order the #1 with onions, make the fries animal style, and get a 7-up drink. Oh! They do refills, be sure to save your cup and stay a safe distance away.
Long wait but so well worth it. The staff are always very nice and friendly. They have a crew member out in the parking lot taking orders to expedite the line. I recently started Keto and they have Keto friendly items like today I ordered a protein burger (doesn't come with bread) but its wrapped in lettuce super good. They are practicing social distancing and require face mask when ordering and picking up your food. They have outside dining as well tables are spread out as well. Réservez une table maintenant
I highly recommend this place! I dropped in after the BTS concert at SoFi, and it was really convenient that they’re open until 1 AM. The customer service was excellent and the prices are great. The food is just as delicious as I remembered from years ago, and their fries are amazing!
I just got back from a lengthy vacation in South America. The food there was delicious and diverse, but I found myself craving a double-double with grilled onions. This In-N-Out nailed it! It was so satisfying to have that perfect burger again. Thanks for making my return even better!
The service was excellent, as always. The staff took my order and were incredibly nice and friendly. They were also busy keeping everything clean, and there was plenty of space despite the large number of customers. It's a fantastic spot for lunch. Thank you, everyone—you’re awesome!
