I tried In-N-Out for the first time and I definitely returned for seconds! The food was excellent, especially considering how busy the place was. Everything came out hot and delicious. The burgers were well-prepared and not messy at all, which is impressive given the long line outside. I only gave it four stars because of the fries; they could use some improvement. I know they're famous for their burgers, but the fries could benefit from some changes. I can’t pinpoint exactly what it is—maybe the cut or the seasoning—but they just didn’t do it for me. However, the burgers, despite the simple menu, were really great! I can say the hype was worth it.
This restaurant is conveniently located along our route to Houston for appointments, and we stop here regularly on our trips. We've consistently had a wonderful experience for almost four years now. The restrooms are always clean, which is a priority for us, especially when traveling with kids. I've never encountered any problems with my order, which is impressive because at other takeout places, I usually have to check our food before leaving to ensure everything is correct. This makes our stops quick and hassle-free, allowing us to get back on the road. The staff is friendly as well!
as I was pulling in to in and out burger…they watched me through the window..and proceeded to lock the door as I was walking up ..couldn’t just make one more burger…if you were in Allen that wouldn’t have happened…pretty SAD !! Costumer service…WERE IS IT TO DAY !!! It wasn’t even time to CLOSE but did anyway ..there again why not stay open till 2 like most in and out burgers do … at least when your working all day you can still get something to eat …know I drive 30 miles home and no eat …

It has nothing to do with the servers as all of them are respectful and nice but tell me why there was about 3 stands of hair in my burger (I took a picture as proof) and the bread was so hard it felt more like a biscuit? I went to grab late lunch with my wife today and when I asked to get some more spread Jazzy or whatever her name was said a comment that was really unnecessary and rude. I get if there’s a rush and you have plenty of orders but customer service should be better than that. Please do better.
