We had to sit outside, and it was quite cold and windy. To reach the window, we had to walk in front of the drive-thru traffic. The same window was used for both ordering and picking up food, which caused some issues. The staff kept asking us to step aside while we were placing our order so they could hand out food to other customers.
I asked for chiles on the side, but when I got to my table outside, they were missing. There were no napkins either, so I had to grab some from my car. The ordering process felt really rushed. The fries were overly salty. I don't plan on coming back to this location.
By far slowest in n out ever there’s 6 cars ahead of me and waited 40 minutes! Third time this happens thought I’d give them another chance never coming back again outrages wait
