We arrived at an unfavorable time, because the receptionist was ill and the people present were not familiar with the processing.The cook jumped in and led us a normal standard room, we had booked the comfort room. A consultation with the boss and we got the booked room.It was very nice and comfortable.In the evening we ate in the barely visited restaurant Pizza, which was quite ok.The breakfast was fine, as I hardly eat anything in the morning, I like to take if there are fruits I can eat later. But this hotel asks if you take something with you, some €9.90! But when you check out, no one could be found again, this time another cook jumped in, who didn't know, but was very friendly.We agree...
Have ordered pizza and noodles to pick up. At the agreed time, I was on site and was allowed to say and write another 45 minutes in the lobby until the food was ready. After repeated requests, only one “the food is ready” came. After the food was finished, I had to find at home that the pizza was a combination of soup and dough. Everything was totally liquid and the pizza even ran out on the sides in a pizza box. brought the pizza back. I was offered to get a new pizza, but after more than an hour had passed and I doubted if I might have to wait 45 again and if the pizza looks better then I left it. So this was my last order.

Generally, the hotel business seems subordinate to the restaurant business. In the afternoon in the café there was practically no service. We were completely ignored by the service personnel at the table and had to go to the bar for ordering as well as for payment, where by the way, the service personnel themselves sat relaxed at a table. Looking at the café next door for guests is apparently unusual here.
Solid, uncomplicated hotel, relatively large and modern clean rooms. Quiet location, no Radau nearby. The staff is very friendly and the young lady at the reception is sweet: probably the junior boss. Breakfast is standard and completely fine. There's nothing missing. There is nothing to put on the dishes in the restaurant, unfortunately I was only one night there and could not test anymore. Also worth mentioning is the relaxed check-out time of 11h an hour longer than usual. Would come back anytime!
Very convenient in front of the Austrian border. Large parking lot. Very spacious rooms, very clean and bright. The boxspring beds absolutely top, rarely so well slept. The breakfast is perfect, special requests are met immediately. Best service by Mrs. Anna Lena , both when booking by phone and breakfast. John says thank you very much.
We stayed here for 2 nights, for a couple weekend without children, with our dog.The staff was always nice and very friendly. Dogs are also welcome here! The rooms were clean and beautiful. In the restaurant you can eat very well and also the ice cup was very delicious! Would come back! Definitely recommended!
Unfortunately, the food was tastefully not very good. The food tastes like it was warmed up a few times, unfortunately not for the first time. You wanted to go there, but unfortunately the food for this price is not quite the hit. The only thing that is not bad is why 2 stars instead of one is the ice!
