It was Insane how Delicious the Sausage is at this place on Hwy 109 Toomey Louisiana ?A Brother of Mine told Me about this place a few weeks ago and I had a chance to stop by to get a pack of sausage to eat Saturday after a funeral. The store was packed with high volume traffic,the help there was kind hearted towards the choice of sausage selection that I picked. They offered to cook it fried and I was amazed at how the dish turned out that when I returned to ? range Texas I had to share the goodness with friends. They were impressed to? Wow, I can't begin to describe the incredible variety of sausages available here. There's a vast selection to choose from, along with excellent sauces and several desserts you can take home. We didn't order any food to eat there, so we missed the menu, and unfortunately, they didn't provide takeout menus either. The prices are fantastic, especially considering how much sausage you get. Even though it's a bit of a drive across state and county lines, it's definitely worth it!
We are thrilled to have this fantastic restaurant just around the corner. Everything they prepare is absolutely delicious. As of this review, it's important to note that they are only open from Friday to Sunday, and they offer a unique special dish every weekend. Their chicken sandwich is likely the best I've ever tasted. All their boudin and sausage are excellent too! I highly recommend purchasing the Insanity sauce—it's perfect on all your burgers and sandwiches at home!

Best place to experience real cajun cooking. The recipes and and specials are..INSANE. You have to taste it to believe it. Everything is good. The menu, hotbox and desserts are amazing. The prize winner is their sausage and Bourdain. Your missing out if your on I 10 or going to Delta downs amd don't try this.
