Went for our 2nd wedding anniversary, atmosphere was great. However, when we ordered our meal it took over an hour to get food. The food was cold and overcooked. We had the fillet mignon and lobster meal. The waitress did not come to check in with you until the food was served. We sat there for over an hour waiting for our meal. We left our food since it was overcooked and paid the bill. This restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food. I would never recommend anyone to eat here. We visited Insignia this evening to celebrate our anniversary, and we had an amazing experience with delicious food. Our server, Julian, seemed like the perfect match for us. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions thoroughly. I can't emphasize enough how Julian contributed to making our experience so special. The food was fantastic and arrived from the kitchen at a perfect pace. We truly felt appreciated when he brought out a dessert to celebrate our occasion. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about our experience.
We have been here a couple of times and it has never disappointed. My wife and I just spent our 14 year anniversary here and everything was perfect. The waiter was great. The stakes were amazing. One of the best dining experiences I've ever had! Our waiter, Vincent, was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient with our 6-year-old. He made my wife feel like a true star on her special day. I definitely look forward to enjoying more special dinners here in the future!

The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. Everything from beginning to end was wonderful. However, we were seated in the bar area, which was quite noisy, making conversation difficult. Additionally, they could improve on maintaining the restrooms.
