In an era where craft beers are creative and thrilling, the offerings here felt quite bland and generic. On a positive note, the bar is spacious, and the bartender was very friendly. The one highlight of my visit was the Tipsy Steer, which operates in conjunction with this brewery—I'm assuming they are two separate entities that collaborate. What a fantastic spot! There’s ample seating both indoors and outdoors. You place your food order inside, but for drinks, you can conveniently scan a QR code at your table to order beer. Invictus boasts a variety of beer styles and also offers a few ciders! Plus, they have slushies to cool off on hot days—when I visited, they had citrus and root beer flavors. The pizza, fries, and macaroni from Tipsy Steer paired perfectly with my beer flight and pint. I didn't interact much with the staff, but they were friendly and not at all aloof. I would definitely consider this a hidden gem in Blaine. It’s a relaxed place to hang out without the pressure of being rushed.
I will definitely return to this place! The food options at the Tipsy Steer were amazing! Everything is made from scratch and locally sourced. My friends and I ordered the pickle pizza, topped with crispy pork belly bites, and it was delicious. We also tried the armadillo eggs—hamburger wrapped in bacon, filled with goat cheese, and topped with raspberry jam. So tasty! The Bavarian pretzels we ordered came with a fantastic cheese sauce. The beer selection was impressive too, with something for everyone, including non-alcoholic options! Be sure to get a beer flight to sample multiple brews! Cheers!
I’m not a beer drinker, but I found a great variety of drink options for myself. The restaurant has a lovely patio and outdoor bar that leads inside; however, on the day I visited, they had the doors and windows closed. You can place your order either at the bar or through an app directly from your table, and your drinks will be delivered. If you’re feeling hungry, you can also order food from Tipsy Steer, which shares the same building. Additionally, there are several electric car chargers available. Keep in mind that the parking lot fills up quickly and isn’t very large.

This is undoubtedly one of the best breweries in the area. In addition to a great selection of drinks, they offer a complete menu featuring delicious food, including brick oven pizza! And I can't forget to mention that the ice cream malts are simply divine.
Perfect spot to get some work done or hang out while your kids are at soccer camp/practice at NSC. Good beer and Tipsy Steer is solid food option. Was pleasantly surprised that they also have multiple free EV charging stations!
