Beautiful surroundings, very attractive restaurant to the eye.. That is just the good points. Service was terrible, food arrived at different times, most of the dishes were cold, asked for a well done steak, it was rare, extra dishes came out late, the whole evening...was a disaster, after speaking too the manager who had a terrible attitude, he offered us a free shot or coffee. When the bill arrived there was no reduction at all to reflect our experience.. In the end he ask us what we thought the meal was worth. We told him and paid what we thought was appropriate. Give this place a miss.
beautiful setting, but this is where it stops, we were met by acidic staff who reluctantly reluctantly reluctant our beverage order and delivered the four of us with the good menu, 50 minutes later I asked when our order would be taken. what led to a do and a roll of eyes and a murmured commentary to a colleague when the waiter went to find a pad to write. at this point I asked about the soaking bill and went. Whether it was English to us, I don't know, but my advice is not touching, I have never experienced such bad services.
The place is an eye candy, very nicely done, the food is great and the prices are good, the service tho was a little lousy, it's a pity the place could be a great place, the food is great and our waitress was good, but...the whole was slow, thank God we have no hurry, otherwise could have been a disaster, but it's worth
We went there twice on our recent holiday. We went both in the day and in the evening. The food tasty and well presented the service were excellent. Martin (hopefully we have spelled it correctly) spoke fantastic English so we didn't have to inflict...our bad Spanish on the locals. We will definitely return!!
