I ordered two bowls through DoorDash and they completely mixed up the ingredients between the two bowls and then threw jalapeños all over both of them that we didn’t order so that it wasn’t edible. Some of our ingredients were missing. They had the wrong sauce on each bowl and they switched the meats and rice is wrong between the two bowls and basically completely confused all of our ingredients between the two bowls! I called the store and they refused to issue a refund and told me to call DoorDash instead. My husband brought the two bowls back to their store and again they refused to assist. Came by here today based on my friends recommendation during lunch time hours and the lights were shut off and the doors locked with no message on the door! What a poor way to run a business. What a waste of my time gas which I value. I doubt if I will be back. There are other Poké restaurants that I know will be open for lunch!. I checked the franchise website and Bowie is no longer listed as a location. Annapolis is the only city in MD and it says coming soon. So this location is most likely permanently closed. It would be nice to let people know.

Really hope they re-open. It's a shame they're closed. There's constant talk about bringing healthy food to PG, we get this, and a few years later it's closed. The place still looks operational and only has the lights off, so I really this is temporary.

Drove to the Bowie shop at 3:15pm on Thu 1/19/23 and they were closed with a UPS delivery notice stuck to the door saying Sorry we missed you . Yeah, me too. Another guy walked up and said he 'd just ordered online. Hope he hadn 't paid already.
