Restaurant Istanbul is a Turkish restaurant located in the pedestrian zone in the town center of Bade-Baden. We came here at lunch time after we finished our journey in the black forest region. There are indoor and plenty of outdoor tables. Some people sitting outside were smoking which made little unpleasant atmosphere. The food is very good and price is reasonable. For 5 people full meal we paid Euro 75. This area is apparently is very popular with many shopping and restaurant options.
More of a fast food outlet than a Turkish restaurant.We sat down with confidence as the place was really busy.We ordered a couple of donner tellas and a couple of adanas.No bread to accompany but could have been ordered as an extra.The koftas were very mean and not that good.Salad was limp and uninteresting and no sauces to accompany either.More of a miss than a hit.
Wir hatten zwei Yufka und einen Döner bestellt. Alles war geschmacklos, das Dönerbrot war hart und ist auseinander gebrochen. Ich hatte einen Kebap mit allem bestellt und habe einen Kebap mit Salat und Tomate bekommen. Das ist für mich kein Kebap mit allem. Die Preise sind für diese Qualität wirklich zu hoch.
