I would like to share why I gave 5 stars. I ordered food through DoorDash…the order was confirmed…by the time the dasher got to the place to pick up the food, the doors were closed…it was Sunday before 7:00 pm…called the place…they said the place is closed at that hour…let’s not forget that the order was confirmed and was charged for the food…when the dasher called the place they said they will be closed for a month…How hard it is for these businesses to be honest and not ruin peoples dinner??? Is so hard, right, management of the Istanbul Cuisine???
I discovered this hidden gem last year when searching for a new dining experience, and my kids and I have been returning every month since. The food is fantastic, the ambiance is lovely, and the service is excellent. I can't stop thinking about their delicious sizzling salmon casserole. If you want to treat your taste buds, definitely give this place a try - you won't be disappointed!
This restaurant has been on my bucket list of restaurants to try, since it's in my area and has very good Google reviews. I wasn't disappointed. The olives bread bought to the table were very tasty. I ordered the lamb shank. It was HUGE fall-off-the-bone delicious. Just the right amount of spices not too salty. Will definitely be going back again.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The flavors were exceptional and the portions were generous. The staff was attentive and friendly. The manager, Sam, did an excellent job running the place. I have tried Turkish food at many top spots in the tri-state area, and this restaurant not only holds its own but excels above them.
