Ital Vital Rastarant West Indian Vegan

The food is DELICIOUS. DE.LI.CIOUSI found this place in passing and have wanted to visit it for over 2 years. I finally visited and my mind was blown. The spare rib they give is hands down amazing. There are authentic flavours in the options that you just dont see in vegan/vegetarian restaurants.My only stitch is they dont nessecarily follow their menu offerings so you may want to go in and see what they have but everything tastes so good I can 't complain.Had jerk tofu, beans, beans, bbq spare ribs , beef curry with rice and peas.I 'm telling everyone about this spotVegetarian options: Completely vegan/plant basedDietary restrictions: Completely vegan/plant based

I’m not sure why, but I didn’t love this place like everyone else seems to! I thought the portion size was great, but the dishes available on the day I went didn’t feel as fresh or quite as flavourful as I was expecting.I may have to give Ital Vital another chance and see if my opinion changes because I really wanted to love this place. However, the hot sauce was great and really helped, I recommend getting it if you can handle heat. Also, the small plate is more than enough food for most people, and comes at a great price.

The Food is very good here but the way this place is Run is Ridiculous! They don't answer the phone to place your order in advance. They don't make popular items regularly available such as drinks etc. My Biggest Pet Peeve is they will be vlosed on a Whim and have no sign or message to let you know they are closed.Ridiculous

Amazing food! Amazing people! I'm someone who likes food that reminds me of back home (Kenya) and this place did exactly that. I tried the rice and peas with chickpea stew and BBQ tofu. It was so good! Can't wait to have it again. 10/10 Réservez une table maintenant

I liked the food I received! It is different from other Caribbean foods I have had. My sisters also enjoyed their food. We also liked their mango juice! I definitely recommend this establishment!!!Vegetarian options: All vegan items!

Really well-balanced flavours in all the dishes! Everything I tried was lovely, not greasy or overly salted. They take great care in everything they make here.
