This evening, a little desire for a family outing motivated us to take the car. We were surprised to see that the exit from our parking lot was blocked by a delivery car from this company. We waited, and after a while (around 10 minutes) we decided to call the number on the vehicle so as not to bother the police. The lady on the phone was very rude. She advised us to call the police even though we wanted to avoid that so as not to disturb the police. After a more than tense conversation, due to the attitude of the lady who answered us, the call suddenly stopped due to the fact that this lady (remember, very unpleasant) hung up. Needless to say, we will never order from this brand.
We were blocked by a car from their company for at least 10 minutes!! So we called the restaurant to tell them that a car was blocking us. During this call, what was our surprise to have been called a liar!! We told him that the car had been blocking us for 10 minutes and that the car was cold. At this moment, the delivery man arrives and asks us for forgiveness but the lady on the phone raises her voice. I waited 1 hour 20 minutes for my order even though it should arrive in 45 minutes maximum. After calling, always the same excuse: we are sorry because of the large number of orders we are late. I asked for a francesinha with sauce on the side (the bowl of sauce half filled, I was charged for the bowl which I don't find normal because it is plastic) as well as the bread with the cheese of the francesinha all stick to the paper. Very disappointed because this is not the first time I have ordered and encountered problems.

I have always been satisfied with the dishes ordered at home from Ital China. Good quality, good quantity. The restaurant always calls us when ordered dishes are missing. Never any worries.
