I'm really not one for complaining but my anger at the treatment I received in this restaurant is such that I feel I need to vent it as much as possible and let anybody considering eating here know how the management feel about paying customers. We came here with friends to celebrate our engagement and had a very pleasant lunch with great service. Then after we had paid we were approached by the manager and very rudely told we really had to leave now as he needed the table. We had no prior request to do so but we eat out all the time and are well aware that this is often asked of diners. Do not have a problem with this. Visited here yesterday before going to a gig. I have always enjoyed this restaurant and have never been let down but I do tend to forget about it when I’m looking for somewhere to eat in town. Food and drink is reasonably priced. We each had a main course and a few drinks and everything was perfect. Staff are very welcoming and attentive.
Another amazing meal at the Italian Kitchen good food lovingly prepared using fine ingredients by a skilful and caring chef. Front of house the staff are friendly, attentive and well informed. Anyone dining at the Italian Kitchen for the first time will not be disappointed.
Had a wonderfully delicious meal again, at Italian Kitchen. This is a favourite too of my son's, when he visits me from England. The freshness and the flavours ..no words to describe how appetizing they are. Service is exceptional too, and I live next to it...fantastic.

Only negative was fact that my wife and I struggled to hear each other.. Sound from other tables bounced around room. Not big issue , food service all first class !
Excellent service. Food was superb. Will definitely go back when next in Glasgow. One of the best Italians we have been in.
always good and still so. very good lunch menus and the service is quite fast when it is an office 40. party lunch like us.
