First of all: deep dish. I’m a Chicagoan born and raised on Malnatis, Dues, Giordanos and more Malnatis. When I go back, we eat deep dish. When I’m here in Saint Paul, I dream about deep dish. Once in awhile we will bake a frozen Malnatis, if only for the smells. This gem under our noses is the best, most authentic Chicago deep dish there is north of Lake County IL. My Wisco wife will tell you that I am a stingy, cynical, crabby and sometimes unfairly dismissive reviewer of deep dish. We barely even try new attempts I’ve been let down so many times. I love the feel when you walk in and then you sit down. It's very calming and you feel right at home waiting for the best deep dish pizza you'll ever eat. The owners are amazing and the pizza is even better! Best pizza in the state, I've had a lot of different pizza from all over this state. I'm not a deep dish guy but I tried it and holy moly I ended up taking a whole pie home. It was that good, if you're in the neighborhood and looking for a small Italian feel restaurant or even looking for a place to go on a date! This place is a win win. They also have a decent win collection to choose from as well. So again go ahead stop on in and relax for a hr or 2 cause it's just that damn good!
Wow, I'm amazed by the deep dish this time. We got 3 pizzas. Buffalo, bbq and the meat deep dish. Its been a while since we've been here because we had been underwhelmed around 2022 and decided to try again tonight since it was our staple pizza location from 2010 to 2018. They've clearly made some changes for the better since covid times. Perfectly cooked deep dish, slight recipe change maybe? Either way 12/10 Increased toppings vs. Our experience in the past. Major major improvement there. Excellent showing tonight and if you haven't been in a while, give them another shot to support local business. Enormous improvement.
The food was ok and reasonably priced. Conveniently located on Grand Ave near Macalester College, we took our son here for lunch. It's definitely better than campus food for sure and is definitely close by, so we gave it a try. Service was great, and we would certainly come back.

Hit up this place for a Stuffed pizza . First time here and it didn’t disappoint. Our server was kind. The pizza was delish and the place was cute and quiet. I would definitely would eat here again if I was looking for a great pizza.
is it bad to say its ok? when the server ask hows the food?the first time we eat there food is good second time it was ok coz our pizza is burnt .costumer shouldnt get bad service by saying its ok.....
Amazing pizza and atmosphere. Get the cheesy pizza sticks as an apatizer and you won't regret it! Just got the stuffed pizza and it was delicious. Never had one before and I sure am glad I tried it.
The white pizza was great and so were the calzones we had, definitely recommend. My nephew spilled some water and the staff handled it just fine, service was great!

Was told 8 minute wait which is fine. I waited 25 minutes for a small pizza and left without it
