It's Boba Time- Bell

This place is ran by young girls who do not see the importance of customer service, they messed Up my order, Belen asked me what was wrong with my drink and cut me off in the middle of me explaining, then went to the back to gossip about our encounter, which was completely uncalled for considering she initiated the conversation. To top it off The manager looked completely annoyed when the was brought to her attention. Management and staff clearly need training. Please Do Better!

Slow service !!! Didn't even close my drinks right, and they had a horrible attitude! And was never informed of where to order. SMH never coming back to this location.
