My experience with this restaurant was disappointing. They never received my order through the Uber Eats app due to a system error on their part, which meant they never prepared it. When the delivery person arrived, they were informed that my order wasn’t in the system. My order was ultimately canceled nearly two hours after I placed it. By that time, it was too late to have food delivered from this restaurant or any other. Don’t order from this 3rd party application. DoorDash canceled my delivery due to no updates from restaurant. Canceled order and didn’t get a refund. You can’t communicate with any customer server people can only write a request for a follow up and hope someone calls you back. Massive scam. I called DoorDash to get a refund they told me the restaurant took it and to call the restaurant. So I call the restaurant and they took me I need to call DoorDash. No one wanted to help they just wanted to scam me and take my money. Don’t do it. If you want delivery order through DoorDash or Uber eats directly, don’t use 3rd party vendors like It’s Just Wings.
I can’t comprehend the negative reviews. I've ordered from here several times via DoorDash, and the wings are fantastic. I've never had a problem with my orders, and the prices are reasonable! Don’t let the reviews sway you; this place is great!

Don’t understand why people rate this low, I ordered takeout and my god it was amazing I ordered 22 wings good tempature sweet sauce great dessert. Honestly love it. Will order from here again thank you guys for an excellent lunch. ??
My food never came and all the manager wanted to do was recite “policy” at me. No apology, nothing helpful, just corporate policy about GrubHub drivers!!! Terrible business practice I don’t care HOW good the food might be!!!
The Nashville hot chicken is absolutely delicious! However, the ranch dressing was a bit runny.
Just Chilis scamming people. And that particular Chilis has both awful food and awful service.
