I first tried to order from It's Just Wings through DoorDash, but my order was canceled. Then I attempted to order directly from their website, but it wasn't working. When I called to place my order, I was told they don’t take phone orders unless it’s for Chili’s. This was a terrible experience. I don’t understand how a restaurant expects customers to order only online when their website is not functioning. Unfortunately, I can’t give zero stars, but that’s what they truly deserve. I won’t be wasting my time ordering from It’s Just Wings again, especially when you can’t even access their menu properly.
1st I ordered on Door Dash, order was cancelled then I tried to order online website wasn't working, so I called to place my order.....I was told I can't place other over the phone unless if I'm ordering from Chilli's. Worst experience ever, not surewhat kind of business you can only order online eventhough their website isn't working. Unfortunately, I can't give 0 star butthey deserve 0 star. I will not waste my time ordering from there again.
After just one and a half wings, I developed a strong aversion to them. The fries were soggy, and the wings didn’t have that smoky flavor I was expecting—instead, they seemed like they were overcooked in an air fryer. The wings were so tough that my jaw was hurting for an hour afterward. Plus, the ordering process was strange and confusing.
We have been faithful forever as we love, love the wings. Unfortunately, the last 2 times we ordered (one being tonight) the wings were extremely fatty and we could hardly eat them. We let it go last time but after the 2nd time, we fear the meat is not as good. Help guys!

After 1.5 wings in i grew a terrible disgust for these wings. Fries where soggy, the wings where not smoked. More like airfried to hell and back. Wings where so hard my jaw still hurt a whole hour later. Not to mention the wierd and elusive way you have toorder.
If you're looking for microwaved chicken, this place might be for you. However, the chicken wasn't crispy, and neither were the fries. I ended up wasting $30 on food. I'm shocked at how poor the quality was. Very disappointing!
I've tried this place several times, but each time, the fries are soggy and the wings lack any crispiness. You can find much better wings elsewhere for the same price, ten times better, in fact.

The best wings and fries around! I always order the BBQ boneless wings with fries—they come in generous portions and are very affordable!
About 25 minutes after eating, I experienced severe food poisoning that lasted all day. I will never order from this place again.
