First, a $5 coupon wouldn’t apply in the app, so I ended up paying almost $40 for my order. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that one of the orders was clearly incorrect. I had ordered two dry rub wings and one wet, but instead received two boxes of wet wings and hardly any fries, despite the fact that the other location usually provides a generous amount for the price.

Let me start out by prefacing that im not one to complain typically. This was my 1st time ordering from this location. 3rd time ordering from itsjustqings altogether. This has been the only time I've had a bad experience but holy God was this bad. First a$5 coupon didn't eant to apply on the app so I payed the full nearly $40 for my order. I go to pick it up and look at my food.One of the orders clearly isn't what I ordered as I ordered 2 dru rub wings and 1 wet but my food has 2 wet wing boxes andnearly no fries in any box despite it coming with significant amount for the price at the other location. The quality of the chicken wings here was disappointing. The wings were overly fatty and much larger than average. I wasn't pleased with the quality and ended up discarding 10 wings after eating six. The curly fries were mediocre at best. I won't be returning, as the chicken reminded me of the hormone-injected birds that don’t get much exercise, which is likely why the meat was so greasy. The flavors, including Cajun and lemon pepper, were also just average.
I ordered lemon pepper wings today, and I was quite disappointed. They arrived cold and seemed old; they were greasy and lacked any crispiness—almost as if they had been microwaved. Honestly, I could have made better wings using frozen ones myself.

I was taken aback by the number of negative reviews. I'm glad I decided to place my order before reading them. I found my buffalo wings to be cooked just right, and the curly fries were delicious as well.
The wings are enormous, but not in a pleasing way. There's just too much meat on them. Even the thought of it makes me feel queasy. The curly fries aren't very good either.
Some of the chicken pieces I received were smaller than usual, and I didn't get the usual amount of ranch dressing. However, the flavor was still outstanding.
I highly recommend saving your money and avoiding this restaurant. The chicken and fries were soggy, and the chicken was very dry and tasted stale.

The honey sriracha wings are simply amazing! The Buffalo wings are fantastic as well. The curly fries are always top-notch.
