So Sad been 6 year's since last visit, this be the exact reason I hate chains. 40 year's ago we Loved some Chili's Baby Back Ribs n Burgers. Place has went to hell you gotta hear my story, gonna send to corporate also. Arrive at half time Michigan and Michigan State Football game. So strange the place was almost empty not a soul at the bar. They have a hostess tell me 10 to 15 minutes for a table, ok no biggie was only 2 minutes. We sat in Bar area and only 2 other tables had diners. Our great waitress said we got one cook and the manager helping in kitchen. Note 3 waitress, one host and 2 in kitchen, so 6 total employees. Ordered a Slab of Baby Backs and a couple of the new big mouth Burger...
Horrible for door Dash curbside pick up.I recommend you just bypass the directions of pulling up and waiting curbside because they will not bring you your order. It says your order will be brought to your car in five minutes or less or you can call or go inside, So after my order was not ready on time the directions told me to call the store. I tried calling the store twice and received no answer but saw through the window a bunch of orders waiting on a pick up rack so I went inside and there’s all of the DoorDash orders which I’ve been sitting there getting cold. Why have the option of waiting in your car and getting it brought to you when you have to go inside for it anyways or else it won...
I only received half of my order, and the other half was so overcooked that we couldn’t eat it! They also provided the wrong side sauce. I will never eat here again! This experience was terrible! They sent me a feedback link, but it's useless and feels like an excuse to make it seem like they care. Overall, a very disappointing place!
I picked up a boneless chicken order for my friend to eat, and his curly fries were overcooked. It’s bad enough that the portion size was very small for the amount of money he paid.

Awful experience! The food was terrible and served cold. They didn’t notify me when it was ready, despite saying they would. I will never return.
Worst experience ever. The worst part is no one answering the phone and being hung up on 5 times by the automated system. Won't be coming back.
Waited 20minutes past my pick up time and then I still had to go in and get my food my self. Also the food was cold and soggy.
The boneless wings are excellent, but I wasn't a fan of the bone-in wings; they just didn't have much flavor.
