Honestly I liked the vibe of the place. There are two entrances and the bathroom was really nice. The food was meh.. I couldn't eat the tonkotsu ramen I ordered because the noodles and broth did not taste that good. It had too much oil and I kept choking on it. The medium texture noodles werent the best either which was disappointing...I just ate the toppings on the ramen and didnt finish it. Maybe it was just a bad bowl they made? The other ramen flavors might be better. The marinated cucumber appetizer was really good and the karaage was okay. The price wasn't too bad.
The signature tempura rice bowl (tendon) is literally bigger than my face ? White fish, shrimp 2, lotus root, eggplant, mushroom, soft-boiled egg, pumpkin, broccoli, shishito pepper, seaweed, and burdock! What’s not to love? Signature tonkotsu Ramen was OK. IT Show offers a wide range of Japanese eats including ramen, tendon, katsu, and soba.We ordered their karaage tower don, vegetable tendon, cheese tonkatsu, and tonkotsu ramen. All the fried dishes were perfect. Their karaage don was indeed a tower over a bed of rice. For the ramen- while the broth didn't taste spicy to the tongue, we were surprised that the spice hit directly at our throats.
The restaurant is somewhat tucked away in the back of a building. The service is prompt, as the food arrives quickly. With only a few tables available, seating is limited. The Mala ramen packs quite a spicy punch, while the regular ramen has just a hint of spice. I also enjoyed the Wasabi octopus; it was quite tasty.

Good restaurant. It is very casual and more of a takeout place. I like that you can customize the spice level and noodle flavor. I just felt my ramen was a bit bland and I felt like I wanted to add salt or something to it. Would go back again to try a different flavor or ask for salt next time.
The entrance is small and can easily get lost with the rest of the venues, the place is cozy and has good music. Their menu is extensive and the food was delicious, we came craving ramen and this definitely met our expectations, plus it is at an affordable price.
The layout is strange, but relaxed. They opened the door there needs to be a better process for that. My food got cold by the time the door closed we were freezing. An apology may have helped but don’t take off your jacket here. Could be better, food was GREAT.
Let's start with the host/ waiter. Super friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean. The food was amazing ramen was tasty the braised pork belly was tender and flavorful.

Junk food. Even you can make more good quality food at home and when you buy instant from mitsuwa or hmart. Trash here
The mala ramen was too spicy for me, but the tonkatsu ramen was not bad.
