I waited for 30 minutes for my ice cream, only to be told that I had not placed an order. The waitress seemed confused and unprofessional, even asking me how the items were made as if I worked there. When the ice cream finally arrived, it was not made correctly and needed to be remade. To make matters worse, they poured strawberry sauce on top of my sundae and froze my brownies. I did not leave a tip and would not recommend this restaurant due to the childish and unprofessional staff. My overall experience was disappointing and I suggest offering refunds or positive reassurances to customers when mistakes are made. Virtually anything you can imagine. They also serve some awesome burgers, sandwiches and salads. Be prepared for a wait. People come from everywhere to enjoy Ivanhoes so it is almost always packed with a wait. But it is worth the wait!
