Our server, Michelle, ignored us several times, only stopping by once to refill our water. Finally, two hours into our visit, our meals arrived, and our server actually asked the member with the soy allergy if they wanted GLUTEN-FREE SOY SAUCE. Yes, you read that right; I was just as shocked. I ordered the Kraken Roll for a steep price of $16, only to be disappointed by a small, lackluster roll. My wife chose this restaurant for her birthday dinner, and it was my first time visiting while she had been here before and loved it. The place is quaint, with a charming small-town vibe. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. My daughter ordered the Chicken Lo Mein and really enjoyed it. My wife and I both opted for sushi and shared some fried rice. My wife highly recommends the Cannonball Roll, which has become her favorite sushi roll ever. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the selection of specialty rolls is smaller compared to some larger sushi restaurants. Wow. My partner has a shellfish allergy. The waitress was informed and wonderful in aiding us find a suitable meal. Dietary restrictions: Wonderful and informed. I have been here twice so far. It is a 30-40 min drive for me but it is worth it. I had the Tokyo Ramen and it was delicious. The portion size is excellent and the price was decent as well. The restaurant is on the smaller size but it isn't overcrowdedwith tables and each table has a comfortable amount of space. Service was very good as well. Réservez une table maintenant
Staff are excellent and kind. The ramen is great. The salmon and tuna sashimi are extraordinary and extremely good. This is the landmark of South Hadley which you don't want to miss. We went there for lunch and had a great time. My wife really enjoyed her sushi, and I liked my hibachi beef lunch, although I was a bit surprised by the small portion given the price. My wife was particularly fond of her passion fruit soda. Our lunch for two came to over $40.
