I’ve eaten at many fancy restaurants, but this is hands down the best meal I’ve ever had. We ate here last night and I’m still thinking about it. The food was so exquisite. The fish was fresh, the meat so tender, everything was 15/10. I highly recommend the Shitaake Frits, Karaage, sashimi, tataki, wagyu, and salmon and chicken yakitori. There was so much thought put into every dish. I loved that the presentation and taste matched that of fine dining, but the overall ambiance of the restaurant was more casual. I came across this place and read the reviews that this place is very popular and top rated. I didn?t have a reservation made, so I arrived few minutes earlier before it opened I was surprised to find out there were lines forming to this place even before they opened. I managed to get seated right away, and ordered a cocktail and a Okonomiyaki with pork. Cocktail was suggested me (not on the menu) based on my preference, and it fit my expectation perfectly. The okonomiyaki was very very delicious as well. I was happily full after. I was greeted by friendly staffs, enjoyed my dinner, and hope to visit this place again in the future.

L'atmosphère parfaite. mais le service ! avoir réservé et obtenir mis de pression pour commander et partir avant même d'avoir reçu son premier verre (une heure après l'avoir commandé. J'ai vu les efforts qui ont été déployés pour rattraper, mais il reste que mon expérience a été globalement décevante en raison de la pression constante que nous avons reçue. Nous avons aussi dit qu'il y avait un dernier appel à la nourriture, juste pour s'assurer que nous allions partir dans le temps. Je suis désolé.

Restaurant atypique dans la ville de Québec! Première fois qu’on l’essayais. Le service était super et nous avons eu des très bonnes recommandations de la part de notre serveur. Nous avons adoré la formule. Tous les plats étaient super goûteux! J’y retournerai c’est certain!
