The staff was fantastic, and the service was prompt. However, I was let down by the sushi, particularly the nigiri. The knife work was rather careless, and the fish slices were thicker than I expected. Additionally, the paper-and-pencil ordering system hindered the overall efficiency. I would certainly be open to giving it another chance, as this might have been an isolated incident; the service and staff were truly outstanding!
