Today, I left a 15% tip, which is quite unusual for us since we typically tip much more generously. I could see that the kitchen was struggling, and our server seemed distant and unapproachable, often being very curt. I even had to go up multiple times to ask other staff for items we needed, and our server brought the check without asking if we wanted anything else. It felt like there was a lack of interest in engaging with us. While I don’t expect overly cheerful service, this was a noticeable departure from the usually warm atmosphere. Despite this single disappointing visit, this restaurant remains my favorite because one bad day doesn't erase all the wonderful experiences I've had there...

I had breakfast with my adult children on Saturday morning. The waitress was a college student and very professional. She attended to us throughout the meal and made friendly, unobtrusive checks to see if we needed anything. The restaurant was clean, and the food was excellent. I ordered soft eggs, and they were cooked just the way I wanted.

The menu offered a wide variety of options. I really enjoyed the goat cheese omelet and the strawberry waffle; both were delicious. The café was clean, and the service was excellent. There was plenty of indoor seating available as well.
