I ordered three wings, and I suppose they thought that fewer wings meant fewer fries, as the portion was quite small for $5. It seemed like I didn't even deserve the cup of ice water I requested. When I asked the delivery guy for it while he brought my food to the car, he just shrugged and acted like he didn't hear me. Customer service really seems to have declined these days.
I've eaten here four times in just seven days, and each time it was delivered to me. Without a doubt, this is the best chicken I've had in Columbus. The best part is that it's always served hot. The only downside is that the fries can be a bit soggy, but that's to be expected with delivery orders. My fiancé also said it's the best fish she's ever had in Ohio!
The food is consistently fresh and served hot—so hot that it sometimes burns through the takeout containers! Given the current trend of rising prices, their prices are very reasonable. The fries I received were inconsistent; some were hot, while most were only warm, which suggests that I was given a mix of old and fresh fries. As for the fish, it was okay, but it’s disappointing to spend your hard-earned money on takeout only to find that your food isn’t fresh!
