This was a real find! We had lunch here on the recommendation of the team at Cinco Jotas Bodegas in Jabugo, where the whole town smells deliciously of ham! Tucked away in a back street of Higuera de la Sierra, it is a really pretty restaurant, with friendly and professional staff and good and well presented local food. We shared the cream of tomato soup just to taste it because we had been told it is the best by Cinco Jotas and it was! un templo gastronómico al que volveré ya que puedo porque los dos días seguidos por el fin del año, comimos lujo. todo, absolutamente todo lo que pedimos por los dos días, fenomenal. pero la sopa de tomate y la presa a baja temperatura.un deleite. y el servicio a la altura de la cocina. Incluso el nieto disfrutaba de esa maravillosa cocina.
