Don't go here mid evening. My chicken wings were way over cooked but then again the bartenders where doing shots and seemed slightly drunk. I have made same quality of food at home when I was drunk. We asked for a vodka and pepsi in a tall glass and a bottle of beer and got the mixed drink in short glass and a draught beer. U totally expected bar food but didn't e pect the persons serving and cooking my food to be drunk. Will not be back. So in the rebuttal u basically call me a liar and that I'm blind that I did not see a girl behind the bar do a shot. It's impossible, we'll I DO NOT LIE. AND I AM NOT BLIND. Well, I certainly wish that I was able to rate the food the service in the atmosphere, however, placing an online order on a Friday evening at 5 o’clock I assumed that I would be able to pick it up. After seeing on the website that it had not been confirmed after 20 minutes, I decided to call the restaurant and get an update. I called. Let it ring probably six or seven times and nobody picked up. I then received a text message that my order was canceled. And that my money would be refunded. I am quite disappointed, online ordering was not available, It should not be available on the website.
Jacks is different! Went on a Tuesday for karaoke. The place was very busy with friendly customers. We had wings and the beef dip. Extra dips were free and our beer came fast and cold! Great environment to hang out and be relaxed.
