Showed them my mobile order receipt and wouldn't prepare my order cuz It didn't show up due to their system error. Wasted 30 mins stayed in line and waited for order to come through. credit card has already been charged. McDonald prepared my foodimmediately when this situation happened and apologize for the inconvenience.
There is one guy and one girl with glasses those two are not the friendliest to me not sure how friendly they are to other people. The rest of the staff sell they are real friendly quick with my food overall good service. I recommend this place to anyone that likes Jack.
The drive-thru can be slow at times, depending on when you visit. Overall, the food is tasty. I've never encountered any problems with my custom orders. The staff is friendly as well.

I find myself craving a late-night snack from Jack In The Box four times a week. I always opt for a hearty meal, regular fries, and a Coke with no ice.
Oh my gosh, I absolutely love these Munchie boxes! I just tried the spicy chicken nachos, and they were delicious!!!
The sourdough Jack meal paired with the Oreo shake is my favorite late-night treat. Always delicious!
